Here's what 5 grams of fresh panaeolus cyanescens and two grams of rue helped me make the other day. Mr.Peabody attached the following image(s): A day in cyan.jpg (1,474kb) downloaded 304 time(s).Be an adult only when necessary.

Thanks guys! I have some more from that day, but I have work to do. I find I can get the basic ideas on paper while tripping, but it takes a more stable hand to make them presentable. For some reason, using ball-point pen just allows my creativity to flow. I love drawing wile tripping! A question for fellow trip-artists: Does it seem like the drawings make themselves? I typically don't think too much about what I want to make, and so just kind of go with what ever is going. It's kind of like a feed-back loop, I suppose. Be an adult only when necessary.

Usually I'll have a color scheme and a couple major arcs or shapes in mind... Just a seed really. Then it goes on automatic from there.

Nice economy of line and good use of white space, even though the composition is unbalanced it still works together as a whole. Sometimes a day or two afterwards I'll take a look at one of them and sort of wonder where it came from. Images of broken light, Which dance before me like a million eyes, They call me on and on...

I also create pictures while under the influence. Usually I vaporize Salvia with Calea Zacatechichi (low dose) as for me it is the most efficient, cheapest and fastest way to get in a psychedelic state when I want to draw. With a vaporizer I can control the dosage and prolong this state by just taking another tube hit enabling long night sessions of drawing. Other favourite catalycsts for drawing include Kratom+Salvia, Cannabis+Calea+Kratom, Truffles, or Yerba Mate+Raw Cacao+Cannabis+Kratom. Since I did a few drawing sessions with Salviatechichi I have the constant desire to create pictures no matter in what state of mind I am or where I am. Every picture symbolizes a unique state of mind that only exists for this specific picture for me. To every picture I could tell a story since while drawing meaning about what I drew derives from the same source that my creativity comes from. Most of the coloured pictures are not finished in one session but a lot of different states of mind ( induced also through meditation, binaural beats and music) are used to draw one picture. I think about writing a story beside each picture so that the viewer is taken on a journey through the pictures. I drew this when tripping on acid. The drawing drew itself, if that makes any sense. I just watched the lines grow and do it's thing almost as an observer. I don't like it really, but hey... I guess i can say it was more of the acid's drawing than mine... DoingKermit attached the following image(s): Acid Drawing (downsized).jpg (3,651kb) downloaded 112 time(s).

Love the colors and pen aesthetic DoingKermit. "Science without religion is lame. Religion without science is blind" - Albert Einstein
"The Mighty One appears, the horizon shines. Atum appears on the smell of his censing, the Sunshine- god has risen in the sky, the Mansion of the pyramidion is in joy and all its inmates are assembled, a voice calls out within the shrine, shouting reverberates around the Netherworld." - Egyptian Book of the Dead

Yeah, the scribble ballpoint texture really adds to the energy of the piece.
Daydreamer, those are great. Fun and spontaneous, with some compelling details. I would indeed enjoy reading a description for some of those.
