New (maybe not) way to make changa (w/ JIMJAM) [pic] Options

So I'm aware that you dissolve your spice in said solvent, add leaf and evap = changa.

I've done this but didn't have great results.

Well I just experimented with a new way and got great results.

500g mhrb extraction, 15+ pulls
goal was to combined all pulls and let evap to get a bunch of jimjam.

once evaped and left with a coat of oil on the pyrex dish slowly added powered lotus leaf until they we're mixed enough to have a non sticky infused lotus leaf.

The ratio ended up being 1g spice to 2g lotus.

dose = .150mg

It's a great way to deal with the sticky jimjam keeping the full spectrum product and makes dosing very easy. not to mention how user friendly it is.

How do you know what your yield is before infusing the leaves. If you don't you have no idea about a dose without testing it.

That'd be kind of a shot in the dark if you got more or less than you planned I'd think.

Edit: I guess you can weigh the plant matter before hand and after. That'd show yield. Cool idea man.

Oh, I did.

6g jim jam to 12g lotus =18g total changa.

3g changa = 1g jimjam

150mg dose (50mg dose)

Sorry, should have stated that.

Edit: I scrapped the jimjam up into what ended up looking like a Hershey kiss. stuck it in the freezer to let it harden for about 30 minutes. took it out and put it on the scale. weighed something like 6.1g but I just averaged to 6g.

No, no redissolving. after I froze it to weigh it I let it sit at room temp for a few hours. It became sticky goo again, I smeared it all over the pyrex dish and began to sprinkle the powered lotus on 1g at a time. took 12g to get this consistency.

Very cool Snozz! Thats a great non-solvent way to infuse Xdmt to leaf. And the other is nearly the same as my approach. My way you can basically use all the jimjam. I've always had great experiences wit jimjam, just had a hard time smoking it, and dosing. this way is PERFECT! haha

(This was done with freebase Jimjam, I will try with Jimjam acetate next time)

For the record, it's unclear as to whether the acetates convert to freebase. Benzyme has raised questions regarding the likelihood of this taking place and more testing is needed to confirm.

The issue is whether or not the end product is a salt or freebase. It appears to be effective, as numerous people have reported success. However, the questions of what they are smoking remains.
