Pachanoi, choice bridgesii and hybrids. These are the best bets, but for pachanoi you need the kinds that are like Juuls Giant or typical pachaoi, not the common weak clone that is abundant in the USA.
As a rule with some exceptions, if a clone has a name or a number it is likely worth having. There are a lot of these out there.
These days there is a lot of diversity in private collections, tons, compared to what was there ten years ago.
Keep in mind that in terms of recovery a medium potent fast grower will produce far more mescaline per plant than a slow growing strongly potent cactus, simply because of the amount of plant matter produced.

Well I recently obtained a long spined pachanoi semi monstrose. As far as potency goes I have no idea. I have read somewere about a long spine pachanoi in Hawaii and of dozens of people being dosed from this cutting. And I herd thatthis pparticular clone being potent. Do you guys think I stumbled accross a gem? Well if this one flowers ill be glad to share seeds. It looks like tge matucana pachanoi but with longer spines. Cheers
