Cancer cure? No. Treatment? Sure. “The most compelling insight of that day was that this awesome recall had been brought about by a fraction of a gram of a white solid, but that in no way whatsoever could it be argued that these memories had been contained within the white solid. Everything I had recognized came from the depths of my memory and my psyche. I understood that our entire universe is contained in the mind and the spirit. We may choose not to find access to it, we may even deny its existence, but it is indeed there inside us, and there are chemicals that can catalyze its availability.”

^ well dont be so sure of that just yet. I read something in hightimes about a guy with skin cancer. He went to the doctor multiple times, couldnt get rid of it. He started putting some thc tincture stuff that he made directly on the skin cancer. I dont remember how long he had to do that but eventually he was 100% cured of his skin cancer. Pretty cool stuff id say.
and yes im aware that High Times might not be the best magazine to turn to for medical advice, obvioulsy this was not based on a scientific study with controls and stuff so it might just be total bs, but its worth lookin into.

I agree Korey, juicing the raw flowers and leaves is more treatment then cure. Tokapelli, you are right on as well, using Concentrated Cannabinoids correctly is showing promise. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=be_xKuDRFFg - Some Cannabinoid Chemistry Thanks and Praises, Love and Gratitude, Peace and Unity, Hemp Seed & Honey

There was a case in SA where a lady had colon cancer and I can't really remember how and what happened but she used some form of cannabis either tinicture or oil or something to help I suppose, and withing a time the cancer was gone! I think it could be a treatment and a cure(kinda) People should understand the potential of the plant itself not just for getting high off the cannabinoids. Explore the limits of the mind...

A lot of famous potheads died of cancer. (McKenna, Marley etc)
Cancer is diverse, there are so many kinds of it. If you found a cure for one, that does not mean you found a cure for all of them.

nobody is saying smoking mass amounts of bud will cure you of cancer, but they are finding that tinctures and oils made from the plant applied directly to the cancer really are reducing the size of the tumors or making them dissapear completely. There are multiple cases where this method has worked, we cant ignore that. Now obviously you cant apply thc tincture to a tumor in your lungs or brain, but it must be a step in the right direction at the very least.

I think that my point about cancer might not be understood.
There are many forms and types of cancer, several of them are curable already. However things that cure one form do not cure another.
There is no single thing that can treat or cure all cancer.
Smoked cannabis does seem to have some anti-cancer properties in some cases.
