Recently I've been experimenting with liposomal vitamin C. I feel some of the effects that have been reported and thus see validity in the aleged benefits. After reading how the lipids coat the vitamin C in order to avoid destruction in the gut, the idea came to me that using the same process I use to make liposomal C, that this might work for spice. I'm no doctor or scientist and am not surethis would work. I also do not fully understand how to control dosage.
I heard there was a discussion on this on the Nexus but a search on liposome or liposomal yielded 1 related thread wher the question was posed but not answered. Can anyone speak to the efficacy of this method for administration?
