Thanks for all your hard work, it is appreciated. You will be missed.
I'm unaware of the cause of death, but maybe someone else on here has the scoop. I'll update this thread as soon as I hear something.

Oh, that
is
sad news. I read The Secret Chief, and he certainly comes over as an extremely high quality, very likeable and intelligent person who did much pioneering work in psychedelic psychotherapy. I wish he had had a much higher profile as someone who could have put 'the case' quietly and intelligently to the outside world, but then maybe high profile just wasn't in his nature.
