I know the internet is the place to go for all of this stuff now and the age of magazines is nearing an end, but does anybody know of any magazines one could subscribe to that are psychedelic in nature? They don't have to be about entheogens necessarily, but could be full of art or have a lot of useful and thought provoking information. Are there any magazines like this?

Well I'll get the ball rolling with a couple. The MAPS Bulletin is a great resource to keep up to date with contemporary psychedelic research and related bits and pieces.

h+ is a transhumanism magazine that was in print for a short time but then reverted back to being an online publication.

The Entheogen Review is another well-known publication around these parts. New publications stopped being released in 2008 but it still stands as a trove of useful information.

I'm sure some of the others here will have recommendations that are more diverse. Maybe an art magazine like Juxtapoz would stimulate you?

"Becoming a person of the plants is not a learning process, it is a remembering process. Somewhere in our ancestral line, there was someone that lived deeply connected to the Earth, the Elements, the Sun, Moon and Stars. That ancestor lives inside our DNA, dormant, unexpressed, waiting to be remembered and brought back to life to show us the true nature of our indigenous soul" - Sajah Popham.

There's a new one that just came out pretty recently, haven't had a chance to pick it up yet myself but it looks promising. http://www.dragibusmag.com/

I'm glad you liked it. Based on that assessment you might also want to check out Wooster Collective. It's more of a street art blog than a magazine but I find much of the content very engaging and visually appealing.

If you like Juxtapoz, you'd probably also enjoy Hi Fructose, which is an art zine in a similar vein but tends to be a little more visual and a little less scene- oriented than Juxtapoz.
