Yes, please check carefully - as a new member you are restricted to posting in the Welcome Area and a few others, although you can view all threads in the forum just by logging on. As the moderator above said, it takes time and you need to do some more posting. It's not about signing up then being inactive. The moderators need to get to know you and understand that you understand the rules/culture here. I hope to see you around more now that this has been clarified. Personally, I almost exclusively post in the Welcome Area - it's where a lot of interesting and exciting posts take place. You can post anywhere in the "Welcome Area" for now. If you would like to comment on another's post, feel free to start a new thread in the Welcome Area entitled "Re: [Thread title]". Please make sure that if you do this your response is worth starting a new thread. Also, if I can add, spending a few extra moments to improve the readability of your posts, i.e. on grammar and punctuation, goes a long way in getting you noticed by the mods. It's not necessary - just a suggestion to show you're trying to contribute to the forum instead of texting. ;-) "Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored." -A.Huxley

Definitely a lot of interesting and worthwhile topics posted in the Welcome Area which you may participate in while you wait. Nice to see you around, welcome to the Nexus. Love & Light

I 100% agree. Heck, Welcome Area is pretty much the most interesting of all the forums and sub-fora on the Nexus.
