Ok, so I did my rue extraction using Gibrans Caapi Tek and I am at the point where I am doing the washes trying to get the PH down. So I have done 6 washes on my stuff at the PH is still 10.
I thinking that maybe I used to much lye and it is just gonna take a lot of washes to get it the PH down to 7-8.
Am I right? Just keep washing it?

Yessir... the more water you use per wash will help speed things up a bit... Convert a melodic element into a rhythmic element...

Keep washing. Try to get as much water out as possible on each wash, I find it makes a big difference. using as little lye as possible also makes a big difference. INHALE, SURVIVE, ADAPT it's all in your mind, but what's your mind??? fool of the year

Yes, I am putting a lot of water in on each flush, it is just taking forever. I definitely must have used to much lye.
Now I know for next time to use as little lye as possible.

Use a HUGE jar or even better, many of them, and add litres upon litres of water. This will speed up the entire process tremendously.
Also get as close to the bottom when siphoning as you can without disturbing the alkaloids.

also when you salt to remove impurities only use a little bit of vinegar add 5ml @ a time until youre left with nothing but brown sediment then the amount of lye to bbase them again will be less and require less rinses. (just a suggestion for future ext.'s) I love all of you!
