Naptha vs Xylene [Jungle Spice] Options

hey there,

quick question for the chemists / or just people who know.

with the use of a xylene extraction [that gives jungle spice], is this the same product as doing a naptha extraction and fully evaporating it/
or does the xylene pull out some extra alkaloids that do stuff?

if the xylene does pull extra stuff out, what's the chemistry behind that [or where would a good place to look be?]

equally, if xylene does pull out extra alkaloids, could you in theory do a naptha extraction first and then a separate xylene extraction after to obtain those other alkaloids?

cheers

Xylene pulls jungle naptha does not - u can do a xylene pull the same way as a naptha pull and evap it - u will be left with spice and jungle - to get them separated u wash ur product with naptha and freeze precip that - thatl yield spice, jungle will stay behind.
and u can do ur naptha pulls then when it yeilds no more u can change to xylene.
evapping xylene sux, its stinky and takes forever - rather add fasa to the xylene to get ur fumarates - wash ur xylene and reuse.

jungle is probably yuramamine, spice is n,n-dmt
spice is mostly smoked alone - jungle can be too but the dosage and experience are different - jungle added to some spice makes the spice exp different and last longer. - spice in freebase form is yellow to white usually, jungle is reddish and not as xtaline - usualy a thick oil but over time its consistency changes ?

jungle spice is the name people gave to a waxy/oily red coloured mix of alkaloids that can be extracted with xylene or toluene from mimosa hostilis root bark. Sometimes people also just say 'spice' and in this case they mean the pure dmt. It comes from an expression 'elf spice', dont know who was the first to use it.

as for the first poster, yes naphtha only pulls the normal dmt while xylene pulls more stuff. Jungle spice is probably not yuremamine, as yuremamine is sensitive to extreme pHs that people use in extracting. Maybe its a degradation product of yuremamine or a mixture of other unknown alkaloids also.

One could extract normally doing naphtha pulls, and after 4 or 5 pulls, make a couple of pulls with xylene. Alternatively, one could straight away pull with xylene, and then evaporate it all, and will be left with a red oily goo. Then run some warm naphtha on top, which will pick up the dmt and leave the jungle spice behind. Just evap or freeze precipitate (better) the naphtha to get the pure dmt.

With the jungle spice that is left over, generally there are traces of xylene left that refuse to evaporate because they are trapped inside/under the jungle spice. So redissolve the jungle spice in pure non-denatured alcohol or acetone and let evaporate again. Maybe do this a couple of times, and this will get rid of xylene traces.

Now I am clear for the two words.
But as for the pulls,I have a question.

Almost every tek on DMT extraction recommend multiple pulls, like 100ml * 4 times.
I printed put every (pdf)tek and perused all pages.

But why they don't extract in one pull, like 400ml * 1 time ?

So is that how you spell perused, oink oink, smells like bacon in here.
