I didn't think of this until after, someone told me that cacao is a mild maoi.
I had some yogurt mixed with cacao powder. Half cup or so yogurt and tablespoon or so of cacao powder with some honey, for a snack. (strange snack I know, but I have digestive problems and can't eat sugar, wheat or grains... blah blah blah)

About an hour later decided to smoke a good hit of DMT with my GVG and WOW! At first I thought it was not smoked properly it seemed light, very little happening, but beautiful none the less. I considered another hit, but stopped anyway wanting to just accept it as it is, I put the pipe down and decided to simply relax.

I laid back got comfy and swoooOOSh! Light oevs turned into super quick flash of colored light and patterns then a breakthru to some other place, voices + faces of happiness filled with love happy to see me. Showing me around, nurturing, electric color neon noodles and more that I can't explain.

Then- I so didn't want to leave, but back I was, in my body, in my room, with beautiful breezes and that buzz/hum language in my ears, incredible geometric oevs. The whole thing lasted about an hour, I didn't think to look at a clock until I was almost at baseline, so I don't know how long each phase was.
