SWIM has had spice come out varying from white to red using different solvents. Recently, SWIM decided to try toluene and the pulls came out dark, almost with a greenish tint. SWIM washed with sodium bicarb and pulled out so many lipids, exactly what SWIM hoped wouldnt happen. Now, SWIM had a huge mass of crystals and drying black goo (but it seems to be crystalline, it however takes longer for it to dry). Letting them airdry, now it is the consistency of a chalky dark brown powder that broke apart in little crystal sheets. Smells like spice, looks awful. Any recommendations on how to take care of it?

Gunk can be washed with acetone a couple times leaving the base behind or pull with naphtha to remove dmt-n-oxide/jungle spice resulting a cleaner product In the end we will conserve only what we love. We will love only what we understand. We will understand only what we are taught. ~Baba Dioum
