hi again was wondering what would be the best combo pharma or ayah ..or the best way to go ..ok i have some caapi "black" hole vine ..some powderd "yellow" caapi..some syrian rue,and some powderd mhrb...would like to know with these.. what and how ,,would be your favorite way if you had the same...thanks
