I have a friend who is interested in trying DMT. However, he is currently taking 100mg Imipramine per day. Will vaporizing DMT cause him any negative side effects?

Unsure if it's relevant, but he also has a condition called POTS. It causes rises and lowerings in blood pressure when changing position. (Say, sitting to standing/vice versa)
