I was sharing the last of my spice with a friend. We rolled a blunt of caapi leaf and sprinkled the last of the spice near the mouth piece. When I went for my bag (which I had used about 3 days prior with a different set of friends) I noticed my spice had turned a dark, blood red. It was a yellowish, gold color. We did not feel the spice at all, which is a shame because I was really excited to introduce him to it. Any ideas as to what happened? Where and how did you keep it during the three days you didn't use it? Temp, container, ect Learn. Manifest. Integrate. Grow.

Sorry for late reply; I was on vacation and did not have access to a computer. Plastic bag in complete darkness. Room fluctuates in between 75-80 Fahrenheit. "In a controversy, the instant we feel anger we have already ceased striving for the truth, and have begun striving for ourselves" - Buddha

So I have this little container of spice that is several years old. I toss what is left into it when I clean out older nearly empty vials, maybe about 8 or 10 grams worth at this point. Even at several years old anytime I smoke of it, it is VERY powerful stuff. So spice keeps pretty well in my experience. I'll be interested to hear what happened to your stash. Did you extract this yourself? Peace

I suggest rexing and store it in the fridge in something air tight. Well, y'know, it's like this experience that I had was like, y'know, erm, it was kind of the most profound experience I've had in me life, like

Maybe it's the blood of Christ And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not percieve the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, "brother let me remove the speck from your eye", when you yourself do not see the plank that is in your own eye?-Yeshua ben Yoseph

I did not extract it myself. It was given to me by a friend. I can't figure out what actually happened. I know it turned red sometime within the 3 days that I had used it last, and I know that neither my friend nor I felt any effects from it whatsoever (and there was definitely enough in the blunt to be noticeable). This happened to some 5-MeO-DMT I had recently. It went from a powder, to a red/brown goo.
Make sure you don't have 5-MeO as you could easily OD on that stuff.
