flowers are pretty similar, though the center is definitely different, and peganum tends to be 5 petaled not 6.. also the stalk looks a little long. my guess is most likely not. got a picture of the plant these cuttings came from? My wind instrument is the bong CHANGA IN THE BONGA! 樹

Daffodils those are. My guess. They come in white or yellow pettles outside with yellow centers. But I am not a plantologist. But just did a google image search "daffodil" and it came up those flowers. Those do look like daffodils, not syrian rue. “The most compelling insight of that day was that this awesome recall had been brought about by a fraction of a gram of a white solid, but that in no way whatsoever could it be argued that these memories had been contained within the white solid. Everything I had recognized came from the depths of my memory and my psyche. I understood that our entire universe is contained in the mind and the spirit. We may choose not to find access to it, we may even deny its existence, but it is indeed there inside us, and there are chemicals that can catalyze its availability.”

Those are definitely not syrian rue. The other users identified it correctly as daffodils. They're grown in my area as garden flowers and they flower early in the spring. We have both the yellow and the white genus. They're beautiful and stuff, but I doubt they contain any harmalas. The truth...lies within.
