aluminum for pasturization Options

ok so i got some grain spawn and ive been wanting to do a bulk pasturization on some substrate and get some big piles goin' Drool the only potential problem is see is my biggest cookable container is aluumminum! does anyone have experience cooking substrate in aluminum containers? or know of a reason it would poison my spawn or something else wierd?
ive received the trans dermal download in the apousal lounge

just avoid using acids or bases in an aluminum pot. oxidation will occur
