If you're ordering dye for clothing, no. If you're ordering MHRB for DMT extraction, yes, there are possible legal ramifications. DMT is a Schedule III chemical in Canada I believe.

I don't know canadian rules or such, but this got my attention:

No one can guarantee that. Really. Can't you order from Canada instead of having it shipped from some other country? That would be a tad safer, I'd imagine, since the package wouldn't need to go through customs. Just my 2c.

It's a shame, as i cannot find a vendor within Canada that is not back ordered or sold out. Even Acacia is no longer available, which is very upsetting - things are looking quite grim at the moment. We will see, sorry that i am of no help!
