My favorite instrumental acoustic musician of all time is Oren Ambarchi. Some of his stuff is unbelievable.

Very nice House!!! Sweet sounds of Arabic type scales. Cool!! Very happy
I love to play that type of thing, just leave the string open and play on the string above or below and just jam around the neck. Can go for ever on that, really nice.

Here's a demo I recorded this morning. It's based on a haunting children's lullaby I heard chiming in hyperspace. It's not complete yet as I would like to come up with a better ending and there are one or two mistakes, but this is the basic gist of it.

Not all of his music is instrumental but some songs are, this is my favorite fo sho.
