gno thoughts, if not other than to merge with the clear light. But this is about cycles of return. I prefer to have a distinctly inward posture, alert and symmetrical. it's easy to have a clear mind for 30 seconds, but try hours with the slow return of aya and a slightly different approach is needed. Rather than intense focus, the shift is to be mindful of the river of images floating by, mindful of the entified shadows around my center. Any one of these can take center stage and as an archetype is well deserving of the rapture of love it takes to nurture this archetype - hold space for its manifestation into a vision, reveal its insight, or learn its creativity. Each one of these things is kind of like a lepercaun - don't ever take your eyes of a lepercaun if you want it to lead you to treasure. Otherwise I would suggest talking to the unicorn.

I always think "What's it like on the other side?" Then I go "Oooooooh yeah, just like this!" *BeedleyiuuuuuupszckaronnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnbiddleeeeeeeeeeeEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeep* And all my thoughts seem to vanish, or amplify... into nothingness mushrooms. By the way, that sound you hear before breaking through is HILARIOUS. I could listen to it all fucking day. It's like a never ending punchline to the universes funniest joke.
I hope there are others who get this too.
