My new GVG arrived today, and I have ready a small batch of enhanced leaf. Quite clean spice was used to infuse 1:1 a mix of mullein, blue lotus and pau d'arco.

Since I did not have any caapi to make actual changa, I was considering the possibility of brewing a couple grams of rue, so I can have some tea an hour before vaping 50mg of leaf.

It should be my first proper spice experience. A previous attempt was unsuccessful, probably due to bad plant material or lousy extraction technique. Now that I'm set, I'm trying to make up my mind. Leaf alone? Tea and leaf?

I know it's personal choice, but I would appreciate some feedback. What would you do for a first time?

Thank you Smile

Thank you, note taken. I think that's what I will do. I just want to get the experience I need, and whatever that turns out to be, gentleness will be welcome.
