So A few months ago I took about a 4-5 month hiatus off DMT right after discovering
this method which works exactly the same if harmalas are smoked instead of taken sublingually (NOT my original idea, obviously)
I got side-tracked when I started up again with "what does 10mg do compared to 15mg" and my strategy was to gradually get comfortable with 15mg, 17.5mg, 20mg, etc. Through to breakthrough.
But despite all this "training" when I went up to 17.5mg and 20mg I was ATTACKED by malformed visions and negative emotions, one time it being so harsh I kept repeating "WHERE IS THE LOVE?" over and over until it stopped and I was left in tears.
I tried to condition myself with countless 10, 12.5 and 15 milligram sessions and 4 terrible >15mg sessions before I decided to try out my old method that worked so well but it's use and my fading interest with DMT due to a bad time in my life made it seem ... I don't know exactly.
Anyway, the method in shot is either smoking harmalas or taking them sublingually about 5-10 min before smoking DMT. Not a big idea like that.

Now I really haven't read a load of threads on changa but I have heard many people saying they load it up and do it in one big toke (or two) and if that works for you GREAT. But it doesn't work for me at all. I explain it a lot in the other thread linked in the first line of this post.
Anyway today I got ready 2 machine-balls with 40mg. I took maybe a 15mg toke then I relaxed while I warmed up under my electric blanket for 5-6 minutes. I then took small tokes, making sure to breath deeply to get the DMT all through my lungs. I finished the first 40mg, this method takes slightly more than immediately blasting off as the graph shows.
I then went onto the second machine-ball, teetering at the top of a 2+, bottom of 3+.
I took 1 toke and things were getting intensely visual but I was completely calm and peaceful. The visuals were crisp and very active.
2-3 min later I took 1 more and I visited a magnificent moving 3d landscape, sub-breakthrough since I didn't feel sober, but every other time I've visited this room/realm I have been terrified and begging for it to end. This time I felt at peace.
The only reason I didn't press on further is because I was so excited it worked that I got up and wrote about it then started to write this thread.
That and I know that there is no rush, especially with this method.
I would love to hear if this works for other people who are having issues with fear and blocked-breathrough and any of the many things I've had.
I'll update this when I finally do breakthrough.
