first of all thank you for supplying a place where we can all ask questions and get useful information on a subject on which you get a lot of misleading information around. It's nice to have people to ask that know what they are talking about
This may seem like a stupid question and you have probably answered it many times before:
what is exactly the difference between what people call Organic DMT and the regular DMT? I would like to know the difference in the process of making it and where it comes from? also the difference in how it looks so I can recognize it and in your opinion if one is better than the other. Also is the recommended dosage different?

N,N-DMT is an organic compound regardless of the way it is extracted or synthesized.

Some extraction techniques use eco friendly materials, while others use petrochemicals.
The end result is the same if proper measures are taken to ensure purity.

To be honest i would think all dmt you could get a hold of would be from organic materials since it is damn difficult to synthasize in the lab

Just to reiterate, even synthesized DMT, regardless of how difficult or rare it may be, is still a completely organic compound.

The body and plants are also synthesizing DMT just as humans synthesize DMT in a lab. As house said, DMT is DMT

Now of course, because there are different synthetic pathways to get to DMT and different chemicals used, there might be different impurities left over, that might or might not make a difference. Also plants normally have other alkaloids, from large to trace amounts, so people ingesting whole plants or unpurified extractions, if ingesting other alkaloids too, it can be different than pure DMT. But considering it is purified (several re-x at least), purified dmt from lab and natural source should be identical.

And yeah perderabo considering how easy it is to extract and purify, synthetic dmt should be very rare to ever come across. Only those very few individuals who do it themselves or know someone that does, probably doing for research.

Maybe back in the days before people had info on extractions, a larger percentage of DMT around was coming from synthetic sources?

Everytime I hear someone talking about "Organic DMT" they are referring to Changa.

Unless of course you mean organic as in DMT which has not even been extracted by a human hand. Look into ayahuasca, this would be the most 'organic' or traditional form. No matter what, as house said, even if it's extracted or even synthesized, it's still an organic compound.

The difference between ayahuasca and freebase DMT however is quite significant.
