1. Chop the cacti. 2. Slice like bread. 3. Use a small knife to carve the green flesh away from the center, and cut these up into ribbed pieces and put into a plastic bag or something. 4. Dry! Whether it's in the hot sun, or in a food dehydrator. Any way you safely can. Maybe an oven on low with a fan blowing inside of it will work in a pinch.
This isn't the way I would go about it but those are the instructions given what you asked. After I chop mine into pieces I Freeze and thaw it 3 x over the course of few days, brew this in a gigantic pot all day, then evaporate down after filtering real good to a resin which I scrape up and encapsulate.
Have fun and insight!

Have fun and insight! Sorry for a dumb question but i only need the outer green skin correct? The innards can be chucked?

Some people keep them and some discard them. I don't use it personally.

So i cut my first one up and i noticed some of the inner part had some brown parts? Is this ok...??? Thanks

The white will oxidize fairly rapidly to orange/brown when made contact with air.
If it's brown, sounds like it could be rotten, do you have pictures? I wouldn't consume anything that wasn't healthy looking, personally.

Heres what some of my cactus look like from inside and out. I shouldnt use them???

Thats perfectly fine, like I said you're going to cut out the white parts anyway, that rotten part is a part of that, discard and keep the green you're good to go.

Ok so from my read Dice them up like i have done Peel skin and toss Toss woody core Keep green inner flesh and white inner flesh cut into smaller pieces and dry. I think ima use the oven method, i cant offord a dehydrator But i will cut the rotten part away

https://www.dmt-nexus.me....aspx?g=posts&t=9693 << gold the inner white part of a strong plant gives about a 1 percent by dry wt yield (~4 percent in the green) if you are interested. edit - PS, why isnt the phlux prep post stickied? I think this is the 4th or 5th time I've directed someone to it.
