This is discusting. I dont understand how people can do this..seriousily, these people are evil. I have heard some people claim that only humans commit suicide but that has been proven to be not always true. Captive aniamls have done so in the past..remember "flipper" the dolphin?..it commited suicide as well by consciousilly holding it's breath. It is sad.
Long live the unwoke.

Wow that's really sad. Seems animals are a little more conscious than some people give credit.

totally true , infact china has still allowed tiger skins to be traded legally , and many tigers each year are killed here in india by greedy fools obviously to be sold in underground markets of china , and the indian government really does not care about its people , let alone the tigers , just a month back or so a few forest officers actually shot a leopard instead of injecting him or sedating him when he ws found out of the forest areas , can you believe that forest officers killing the leopards !! insane , they could have sedated him , but instead they choose to shoot him

cruelty is abundant

i feel so powerless at times , maybe i am powerless , but what can i do ?? i feel so sad for the animals and the plants here who have to tolerate human madness

i am sure many of you have seen the documentry "Earthlings" by joaquein phoenix , its so sad what is happenin to our dear planet, its inhabitants , ughh it does not feel good to be a human being at times because i also belong to the race that is destroying this planet , could humanity evolve or will we eventually destroy everything , this planet , the animals and plants on it and even ourselves

illusions !, there are no illusions
there is only that which is the truth

That's why I feel the strongest call to do no harm whenever possible... As long as virtue still lives inside us (and our actions!), we can't, well, all turn into greys? Confused

I do feel horrible whenever I learn things like this, but on the flip side, it's also very self-empowering to focus on every little small tweak you can make to your personal lifestyle that does promote kindness to earth/beings/fuzzywuzzyfriends. Just do what you can when you can... It does start to add up, one new conscious act today is one more act of consciousness than what the world collectively experienced yesterday.
Some things will come easy, some will be a test

maybe humans are going to be remembered with nostalgia on the dark future, i can forsight words like:

its said that there was some postmodern that practiced mind traveling and peaceful way of living, using little technology and living for the sake of living only. it would have been great to live like that!

not on this waste land slavery.

and by humans, i mean HUMANS.

This is very sad indeed. Maybe it will get people to realize that animals suffer too. I have compassion for all suffering creatures, but stories like this make it a bit more difficult to feel the most sympathy for humans. Humans enslave animals around the world and many people don't think anything of it. There's probably a lot more suffering being felt by animals compared to humans, and much of it is the direct result of human activity.

Just think of the species that will live on Earth when we have perished!

“Right here and now, one quanta away, there is raging a universe of active intelligence that is transhuman, hyperdimensional, and extremely alien... What is driving religious feeling today is a wish for contact with this other universe.”
