Hi all.
I have been struggling lately with recall after spice experiences. I just find I can't bring back very much at all. I read experience reports from others and am frustrated by my not being able to come up with any coherent memory of the event.
I have tried lowering the dose, but eventually it just falls below what is active for me.

Any suggestions?

take it about 300 more times and soon enough you will have brought back enough tiny pieces here and there to put together a well rounded generalization as to what is going on. Other than that I dunno..lower the dose until you find the right dose? Too large of a dose feels like blacking out sort of, although it only feels that way..even though alot is going on.

Seems you are overshooting the dose, and then undershooting the dose. Try somewhere inbetween.

Or take ayahuasca. Smoking a tiny bit of DMT on an aya peak is ideal IMO.

Don't smoke marijuana during the same day/week.

I don't know if it is possible to remember everything or even most of what happens. So much is happening in a short amount of time its like trying to remember multiple dreams you had in one night. Oral DMT wasn't much easier to remember except for the fact that it lasted hours instead of minutes but just as much was happening during every minute.

The best way to remember IME is to keep a notepad close by. Hold on to as much of the experience you can as you're coming down. Then before the DMT wears off write it down.

Dude, take some harmalas, caapi, or about 3g of syrian rue seeds....vape away! I personally like to vape some spice numerous times over the course of the night, while on harmalas, creating a pseudo-uasca type delivery method, and this allows me to not only remember about 85% more than I normally would, but it feels as if these lessons keep going even when the susbstance's effect have subsided, even up to 3-4 days afterwards. I am able to untie and unwrap seemingingly complex ideas, as I would on DMT, but during sober everyday life. This has definitely been quite a successful method for me, considering freebase alone is so intense, it feels like being a pinball being shot around in hyperspace, and the lessons are realized, but lost amid material life. The harmalas not only add the depth of the lesson, but the length as well. Happy Exploring!

Try it in the morning.

Thanks for the replies everyone.
Most of the advice I've tried except vaping while on harmalas (except for a few occasions on Aya).
I will have to get me some more rue or caapi and give it another go.
Thanks again, and thanks for such a cool community!

Not saying that DMT has relation to dreaming but you might want to try starting a dream journal and focusing on your dreams a bit more, ie, thinking about the dream you just had as soon as you wake up, which leads to remembering new things about the dream. I don't know for sure, but it seems like the same position. Being in a sub-conscious state, waking up, having trouble remembering experience.
Locked up inside you, like the calm beneath castles, is a cavern of treasures no one has been to.

Thanks MojoPin! In the past few days I've been having more luck.
And you are right, remembering dreams does help. Now I am getting this thing where at some arbitrary moment I remember something I have "dreamed" and am not sure whether it was a sleeping dream or a spice dream.
I have also discovered that becoming involved in the state using yoga and body motion, allows me to focus on what is happening instead of being amazed into forgetfulness.

Hello FlyingFaders, from personal experience I've found the less of a dose you need to get to you there the more calm, coherent, and epic the experience will be,but to get there on a smaller dose, you really have to commit to disencumber your mind.
