IT IS ONLY TO THE EXTENT THAT WE ARE WILLING TO EXPOSE OURSELVES OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO ANNIHILATION THAT WE DISCOVER THAT PART OF OURSELVES THAT IS INDESTRUCTIBLE.

Wow, the legendary elusive "glowing owl" of Africa. the only owl capable of illuminating itself at night. I'm surprised there isn't more footage or information on this as well.

Crazy!

Amazing. A quick google search for "Smamot owl" gave no results other than a couple of Youtube links of the owl.
Does anyone know the latin name for this magnificent owl?

This site suggests that "owl glowing" is not species specific, but do to external conditions that may affect any owl.
