So this morning, I woke up, just like any other morning. Went and checked the my e-mail and the nexus. After surfing the web for a bit, I got groggy and decided to go back to sleep. I had a very vivid dream, and then when I went to wake from the dream, I found my dog (not a terribly large dog either) laying on top of me. I went to knock her off, but she was incredibly heavy and I couldn't budge an inch. Now as it turns out, and as I quickly remembered, it couldn't have been my dog, cause she's old and can't make it up two stairs much less the 10 or whatever it is to get up the stairs plus get on my bed. It was so peculiar though cause I could feel all her fur moving across my body and whatnot. When I finally managed to lift my head up and look over my shoulder, strange as it was, my guitar case was sitting on my bed by my feet. I kind of ignored it and went to put my head back down which I realized only resulted in more paralysis. When I finally woke up for real, the guitar case was no where near me. It was so incredibly vivid, I was positive I was awake, and it was like I was seeing with my real eyes, but it was really just an intensely vivid hallucination the whole time. I wouldn't say that it was incredibly scary because I'm pretty sure the thought that I was having sleep paralysis flashed through my mind, and I knew the implications weren't serious, so if anything it was more frustrating at the time than anything. In retrospect, I'm actually glad it happened.
