Excellent brother! You will not be disappointed. I just got finished with GVG session a bit ago. So smooth, so easy and so elegant. It's like riding a bike. After you do it a few times it just happens fluidly without you having to think of the in-between steps. You stop thinking "hey, I hope this enough to get me to hyperspace" because instead, it just happens. It completely removes the thought portion and just allows you to be. ~Peace, Love and Light Nothing lasts...nothing lasts...everything is changing into something else...nothing is wrong...nothing is wrong...everything is on the right track
