After making a couple discoveries by accident during a spice session a few days ago, I developed some theories/ideas to test. Basically what happened was I was sitting in my room, took two hits of the GVG and before I could close my eyes, I had those 4D objects floating in front of my face. The trip was amazing in itself, but I described it elsewhere. Anyway, when I opened my eyes I still had 4D objects floating in the air in front of me pretty much in-tact. This was unusual for me, as usually when I open my eyes, my vision fills the room but most often gets too expansive and vague to contain any original meaning, and it certainly can't be squeezed back down to size if I close my eyes again. So anyway I have these 4D objects floating in front of me in this neon green energy. I reached out in front of me to try and touch them and when my hand passed into the energy, it was hot to the touch (not burning or scalding, but very very warm). I also found that I could physically shape the energy with my hand.

I became quite excited and started reflecting and coming up with possible ways to replicate what happened above, and here's what I came up with. I'm pretty sure the reason the objects were able to remain in focus, in tact, and relatively undistorted had to do with the unusual location I was smoking spice - in my bedroom right in front of a wall. After some experimentation with a few trips, I realized that the visions only become distorted and literally blown out of focus when there's a lot of space between myself and the surface my vision is projecting itself onto. So for example, when I smoke spice in my wide-opened living room and I open my eyes, the images have lots of space to expand before they hit a wall (literally) so they can get very big/out of focus. If I'm sitting in front of a wall that's pretty close to me like in my bedroom the images don't have any space to expand and as a result they remain relatively small and in tact. Furthermore, if I turn to look at the back wall of the bedroom which is about twice as far away from me, the images expand to fill out the room as opposed to neatly floating in front of me. If you think of your brain on DMT as a movie projector that shoots light out of your eyes, perhaps it would make more sense if you think of it like that as if the projector is too far away from the movie screen, the picture will be distorted, gigantic and way out of focus: completely meaningless.

****But here's the really interesting part. I was fascinated by the heat I perceived from the green energy, so I definitely wanted to experiment further with that, and after figuring out how I would be likely to be able to replicate it by sitting near a wall as to keep it within arms reach and from getting diluted by space, I received the opportunity. So the next time I'm coming back from an experience, I position myself close to the wall, open my eyes, and like magic, I once again have a brilliant energy floating in front of me. I reached out in front of me, and once again I was able to feel the heat from the energy. So you might ask yourself as I did, 'perhaps the simple act of outstretching my hand causes some perception of heat in the air,' so when I held my hand out to the side of me where I couldn't see anything, the air was cold. When I held it out in the energy in front of me, it was very warm. I tried this with several walls in several places to make sure I wasn't feeling some heat pocket, and it worked out every time. Additionally if I outstretch my arm in the same places, even during the bulk of the experience, with my eyes closed I perceive no heat so its like all the energy is kept inside, behind the eyelids (acting in place of the walls).

As part of speculation, this idea makes me wonder if it provides a reason for which when you close your eyes, the visions can develop and have a thematic progress of sorts because with all the energy being contained behind your eyes, perhaps that is what they use in a sense to have the "energy" to do what they do. Also, I'm pretty sure I know the bleak outcome of this experiment that I want to try later today that I thought of as I climbed into bed last night. I'm going to get an outsider (or several: I'll repeat the experiment several times) on standby, so when I open my eyes and get the energy contained in space between myself and the close wall, not only will I reach my hand into it, but I'll have them reach into the location I was just reaching into and remain looking at to see if they can perceive any heat. I honestly don't expect them to be able to, but could you imagine the consequent knowledge that might come from that if they could? It may be the key to proving that the experience is at (least partially) external!
