[quote:a3c1599731="thiswave"]Can you buy these Hennessy minatures in Aus?? if not - what is a good substitute?[/quote:a3c1599731] The actual bottle doesnt matter. I think its just the size that matters. It has a big barrel for the vapor to go into and small neck to hold the steel wool. The reason people are saying to use a Hennessy bottle is because they claim it has a soft spot. Well i dont think thats true because I had to drill like a motherf*cker. I think that soft spot might just have been a batch or a problem they fixed(too many cracked or leaky bottles?). Best thing to do is get a drill bit used for glass. so i think any bottle will do with similar shape and size (mine was 50mL). Just dont use that gigantic bottle DVSnz used...looks like 3inches deep of steel wool. I think he had problems because it was jsut way too big and too much heat was lost. he would need a mini flamethrower not a regular lighter to heat that whole thing. Im sure so much DMT meleted to the end of the steel wool and wouldnt vaporize.

Thanks good people. Been looking to make a lightglobe pipe instead of the meth pipe I use but will maybe give this a go instead.

Too big to heat up properly and too big to get a good airflow when inhailing. I will take a pic of my friends machine soon. I will PM you and/or post it here.

My friend isn't sure how to take a picture of his machine. It's a 50 mL glass airplane bottle w/ a 1/4" hole drilled in the bottom. He used courvoisier, as there was no hennessy available. The courvoisier had a recessed conic base that was easy to drill into.

Those of you familiar with the machine. Do you think that 150 ml bottle is too big? SWIM could not find a smaller one. He will be glad to hear any ideas re. the bottle size. Do not seek the truth, just drop your opinions.

Im sure it will be fine, the gauze and technique is the most important thing.

Here is SWIM first encounter with the machine and the spice. 60 mg of spice went up in smoke without less success than expected. Well, he saw beautiful shroom-like CEV and some OEV. Also music perception changed significantly, kinda acid-like. Here are some problems he encountered: a. It was cold outside and it took forever for the machine to start generating smoke. b. The lighter was too weak and small. Its body got hot and SWIM burned his fingers pretty bad. c. It was dark and he could not see properly if the bottle is filled with the vapour. d. At some point the bottle was full but when he forcefully inhaled he started to cough uncontrollably. Still SWIM thinks that considering it was his first try the result is encouraging. Some questions: 1. For the machine SWIM has a choice of steel wool and steel shavings (much higher surface area). Which would you recommend him to use and why? 2. Exactly how much of it is required? SWIM's got a feeling that the heat was dissipating too fast. 3. Does he have to wait until the bottle is full or start inhaling once it started to fill with vapour? 4. Would it be a good idea to use one of those blowtorch lighters? TIA. Do not seek the truth, just drop your opinions.

1. steel shavings? like little bits of broken up steel? the stuff ive seen used looks like the steel washing cloth thing used for getting stubborn lumps off of cutlery. 2. people recommend a pile the size of the eraser on the end of a pencil, but that all depends how high swim wants to get. 3. swim would gently pull a cloud of white creamy smoke into the chamber and then hit it harder and hold it in... 4. Not necesarry imo (what does swim stand for btw)

the link in the first post of this thread isn't working has anyone else got a picture of this device? The main thing i want to see is how much steel wool fills the stem of the bottle 10-20mm?

The Machine is where it's at...I was messing around with lightbulbs and other weak methods until I came upon instructions on how to make the machine...pretty much a glorified crack pipe..lol..Either way the machine makes breaking through an every-time thing, easy to use, easy to put down, and HOLY S***, you can get the FATTEST hits, the kind where by the time you exhale, everything is exploding in your face..lol..its early here, forgive me..
