Anyone a good digital artist for DMT style visuals? What program do you use?

Have you seen The Spirit Molecule? Some amazing fractal CG in that, would love to know what they use to make it.

DMT nexus fun section has a good kaleidoscope screensaver : )
Hexan is a fictional character.

I believe the fractals from that documentary are made by Electric Sheep screensaver. It is a free program.

Yes, I watched TSM with a close friend of mine. We were both like "How the **** did they make that on a computer!?" I know CG is better than ever before, and IMO it's one thing to make a movie with a CG character made by texturing and green screen animations. But to completely create something to so accurately represent spice visuals with such intricacy is amazing.

They just remind me how pathetic my new-to-photoshop skills are.

Thanks for the screen saver suggestions. I'm checking them out.

Oh man, that electric sheep screensaver! There's gotta be more forums on this about this, I guess I didn't catch them since this is the first time I heard of this screen saver.

SWIM says: If one's high on cannabis, this screensaver feels almost like a DMT trip. You can impose on your trip through the arrow keys; once this is done, sometimes nothing happens and other times it BLASTS you into a new world.

Cowboy,
ever checked out the Mandelbulb?!
These renderings are 3D extensions of fractal geometry and require hours, sometimes days to produce - I'm no computer wizard, nor a mathematician, but I do enjoy a good fly-through infinity!
Enjoy,

My dear Children,

if you want to explore the infinite fractal space you sure should try flam3. Good programs for flam3 manipulation, which can also create videos, are below the YT-video.
The biggest downside is that 1 picture can take up to hours if you want it big and with high quality.

Greetings
