just cuz i'm like this...
i took the tiniest amount of gooey orange/yellow wax that was sittin' in the corner of a jar for about 6 months or so... maybe a half gram of waxy gunk...and i put it in a jar and added piping hot heptane, swirled to dissolve and let sit. about 30 mins later, i slowly poured of the cloudy white top layer into a small pyrex bowl and took it into my healing room...
i have a beautiful tibetan bowl from a monastery high in the mountains. it is made from 5 different metals and rings in 3 different octaves simultaneously! i use it in every one of my healing sessions....it is such a righteous thing....
anyways, as an experiment, i put a folded paper towel in the bottom of the bowl and slowly inserted my pyrex dish. i then set about ringing the bowl every time i walked into the room (often)...
within an hour some amazing crystals started forming. beautiful little sea urchins with an amazing energy to them...they still have another day or so to fully evap and form but i think i'm going to do this technique henceforth. my firm belief in the power of sound energy (cymatics) tells me that this is just one more 'little puzzle piece' to make a great thing even greater....
the most amazing thing to me here is that there appears to be MORE crystal than original waxy material! like i started out with .4 grams dirty goop and am going to end up with .5 grams of clean crystals!
where dat extra magic come from?!?!?!
