Steps are made one by one and today just another few steps are included:
* Blur -> Huge performance hit
* Projection -> Nice 3D turning of the bitmaps and movies. Just a slight performance loss.
* Another background effect with variables to play with
* Movies: we now have the cat included. All foreground manipulations also apply to the cats. The cats movies are 10 percent of the foreground bitmaps. The wave of sounds the cats make are intriguing to say the least.
* playlist of music files, this is on a shuffle basis of five songs. Music is streamed.
* You can click the movies and images to stop them in their tracks or re-start them.

Then the bad part: you have to upgrade to Silverlight 3 but that shouldn't be too big of a problem.

Enjoy these test effects,

The Traveler

Nice job Traveler! I had to go full screen to get my check boxes enabled, but once I did I turned on Opacity, Projection, High Definition, and Show Cats all together, and it's pretty damn cool! Nice start brother!

Peace

wow... nice job traveler and all participants..... i've taken a little hiatus, and i see The Nexus really starting to evolve.

Cool little nexus logo's floating around to some trippy soundscape....i can't wait to see how it shapes out.

If i understand correctly, this will be a interactive and collective collaboration of artistic visions of hyperspace that we can all participate in?

Woo! Cool, well done. But the cat button isn't working. I want cat!

Hey you could have buttons for different admixtures, that altered the experience accordingly.

Uhm, I see the 100 flying Nexus Banners. When I click on them one of a multitude of effects happens.

However, when I try and edit the variables, etc. Nothing happens?

The cat goes so well to the music. This could be very good. I'd like to see some sort of addition which kind of shows how things get more defined, detailed and awe inspiring at the first levels of a DMT experience - I think that is one of the key markers in the transition from space to hyperspace. Keep it up man Razz

Is it my screen size thats the problem? I can't click on anything below "projection" because it just pops up the "made by" screen thing.

Yup, your screen is too small. Get on a bigger screen or use full screen to get the options correct.
With my current planning it seem it will take some time before I can continue this project.

Kind regards,
