SWIM loves to smoke cannabis. SWIM is on probation and occasionally has to quit doing this. When he does, he remembers his dreams. When he is able to consume the THC, he tends to never remember his dreams. Does anyone else have this same thing happen. Does anyone have any suggestions for retaining your dreams while using da THC?Wut?

He wants to improve this because he believes the dream world is a manifest of your sub-conscience, and self development is key to the mental stability of SWIM.

Thanks everyone.

Love to you and your families.
This is why I'm very cautious with it. The notion of having enough hufsspa, or will or something, to want to try and use this stuff, I can hardly imagine using it. Every time i encounter it my wish is to not be destroyed by it, and the idea of using it for anything just seems like blasphemy, and probably is blasphemy, probably a good way to get cut down to size......

You gotta cut down on weed before bed, Laughing happens to me too. Unfortunately it also drastically lowers my chances of becoming lucid.

IME I haven't been able to retain dreams at all while smoking weed, maybe occasionally one or two, Even when taking dreaming supplements that normally drastically alter my dreams, Like kirkii, I still will not remember any dreams at all.

The best option is to take breaks when smoking weed, I find as long as I don't smoke everyday I can remember tons of different dreams every night, and attain lucidity a few times a week.
When I smoke weed occasionally, once every 3 or 4 days, I can usually remember my dreams anyway. As long as I don't smoke everyday.

So I suggest taking a small break, and just see what works for you.

acetylcholine is a primary messenger involved with REM sleep and memory. THC tends to cloud short-term mem, a red flag that acetylcholine is being inhibited. lay off the pot.
