'Pharmahuasca' is when you swallow dmt-freebase after taking an MAOI like Rue seed extract - 0.5mg of dmt per pound of body weight are the max I recommend for a first time. Which is 70 - 80 mg for my weight, and from this dose I expect to get high enough for CEV and OEV, and to be pretty sluggish and sessile.
