So basically this is going to be the second time that swim has extracted from mhrb, the first time had the same problem, everything was successful dmt was extracted but no jungle spice even though toluene was used. So swim thought that when he tried reducing the acidic solution to a smaller volume by gently heating could have ruined something from the heat, so this time he didn't. SWIM hasn't removed the toluene yet but can tell there is no jungle, just like last time the toluene is perfectly clear, no discoloration at all. So swim is wondering, what going wrong? what is happening to swims jungle spice? everything else is working it seems...

To be honest I don't think all mimosa has the exact same content.

I generally always use strong solvents and I've only had something that resembled the famed "jungle spice" on one occasion.
