you can get a ++++ from any drug or even with no drugs at all
the drugs that are able to most reliably produce them are 5-meo-dmt and dmt and ketamine in my experience

The only ones i'm not familiar with here are DPT and 2CB. Psilocin, DMT, ayahuasca and mescaline are realy capable of bringing you one step beyond of what LSD can do i think. If the maximum of what LSD is capable of doing can be considered a ++++, then oral cannabis in the right amounts should be mentioned as well, and chaliponga of wich debate is still going on about whether it contains 5-MeO-spice.

Although I have experience with just about everything listed thus far and yeah many of them do induce a convincing 3-D immersive experience, I can honestly only say that N,N,DMT has induced a ++++ in me.
