I
the above mentioned "I" is but a fictional character

All my posts are hypothetical and for educational/entertainment purposes, and are not an endorsement of said activities. SWIM (a fictional character based on other people) either obtained a license for said activity, did said activity where it is legal to do so, or as in most cases the activity is completely fictional.

There is a sticky in the changa subforums with lots of combinations listed! I personally enjoy either a bit of peppermint or lavender in a blend to make the smoke extremely gentle. Some of my other favorites include passionflower, blue lotus, calea zacatechichi, rosebuds, chamomile flowers, white lotus, Mexican tarragon... The sky is the limit. Pleased

If you are smoking through a bong, you'll want to light the herb for a split second, and then keep pulling so you can burn it with a nice and glowing cherry, vs. direct flame.

Happy changa explorations! It is quite lovely. Smile

The best Chang iv made so far. Make a mix of 50/50 carpi vine and rue seed(make sure the rue is crushed up well), then with that mix make a 50/50 mix of it and your spice, then reabsorb with your solvent or alcohol or whatever and dry in a cool dark dry place, wen its fully dry add 1/8 passion flower, blue lotus, mullen combo. Mix it up as you see fit, although a full cone of this Chang if its roughly %50 should break the psychedelic threshold Very happy

Yes, the herbs can strongly influence the trip. Some, like mullein, are added for their pleasantness of smoke rather than their effects; others, like pau d'arco, are purely for the extra little edge they can add.

Caapi with a pinch of pau d'arco is my favorite, but I haven't done much serious changa experimentation. In my opinion, the more caapi the better (up to a certain point, of course), so if you can make 5x or 10x caapi leaf I recommend it. This also leaves more room in the blend for things like mint, mullein and lavender, without decreasing the caapi presence as significantly.
