As far as I understood, the herbs will stay but they may not be labeled for medicinal use without proper research done on that same use with that same herbal preparation (like done with every medicine on the market).
So all that will happen is that you can still buy the herbs but you have to lookup the herbal use of it on the internet. Thank god we have smartphones with internet on it these days so you can just look it up in the shop.
