Assuming you are extracting with the intention of smoking, MHRB yields roughly 1-1.5% depending on bark quality and tek execution. So 1-1.5g freebase. Again, depending on smoking technique, the standard is 40mg per excursion. mg, right sigmund?

ooops i thought he was going to do a Ayahuasca trip .My bad Actually 40 mg for a first time will probably make you breakthrough.It would be advise to micro dose first. 15mg is a good start for beginners and wont propel you too far away. with oral dosage of mimosa, 10g is too much, dont follow that advice please. Start with maybe 3g. Im usually very hard headed with psychedelics and oral dosaging of dmt but 9g of mimosa once seriously kicked my ass. Here's a thread on dosage info: https://www.dmt-nexus.me....aspx?g=posts&t=1366

There's gonna be a learning curve so be prepared. You may not get an amazing yeild until you perfect a good extraction tek. Also if you do get a good amount of spice you then need to learn how to vape it. This isn't easy without the right tools. A GVG is almost foolproof.
