SMOKING AN ACETATE TINCTURE *without smoking the acetate* Options

Working with tincture is undoubtedly easier and as long as the concentration is accurate, the measuring of substances can be simple and very precise.

Tincture can also be stored and remain stable for long long periods of time and there is no need to keep them from warmth or moisture like DMT crystals.

Anyway, while SWIM has been working with the new-founded process of freebasing DMT-acetate using only heat he was not sure how well it would work to use a tincture to apply dosage to a pipe for smoking or if it would work at all. After a dozen or so trial using many methods and wasting hundreds of milligrams of DMT he finally figured out a quick and easy method which produces a single dose of freebase DMT from an DMT-acetate tincture in about 30 seconds.

Procedure:

Note:SWIM's tincture is not measured but saturated with ~75mg of jimjam DMT (the maximum concentration, alternatively a known amount of freebase DMT (jimjam or white) could be dissolved in a known measure of vinegar and concentration calculated.

Take the tincture and a flat glass surface, apply the desired dose to the surface

Using a lighter (really anything that can heat it to 80-100C would work, though a lighter is quickest) and heat indirectly from below.
Steam (not smoke) will be seen coming off as the vinegar evaporates, while the liquid is almost gone stop and smell the pile, once it no longer smells of vinegar it is ready.

SWIM tested this and he almost fully broke through on 18-19mg, it took about 20 seconds for 2 giant tokes and he was gone by then (didn't taste like vinegar either). It takes much much more heat to vaporize the product than it does to evaporate the water and acetates.

Though the picture makes it look a bit weird, it should just look like a gooey spot pretty much flat.
Next, use a razor to scrape up the dose.

Now you have a precise and accurate amount of freebase DMT, do as you please with it. By that SWIM means throw it out! it's illegal!

The 2 teks use non-toxic lime and vinegar and Tek 1: d-Limonene or Xylene or Tek 2: Naptha to produce very quick high yields with the greatest of ease.

SWIM had an extensive session by dropping acetate solution directly in his smoking device at about 3 drops at a time and vaping through a bubbler. He simply had some of his first acetate tincture left and had since moved on to his fumarate/glycerine tincture, so he evaporated all the water and excess acetic acid off, pipetted in a bit of hot water, and added to to his inspirator three drops at a time. He would hit it somewhat lightly at first, then would allow the dose to build up in the piece, then started taking much larger hits. The vapor was incredibly smooth, even smoother than regular freebase--possibly due to the more even dispersion of the substance in solution. Unfortunately, he doesn't know how much he was adding, because he neglected to note the volume of the tincture prior to evaping and to compare it to the volume of the final tincture to obtain the estimated concentration of each drop. Honestly though, he never even bothers weighing his freebase before vaping anymore, anyway.

How SWIM would prepare a tincture for this sort of administration is this:
1. Add ~74mg/mL full-range freebase to the intended dropper bottle.
2. Dissolve in distilled white vinegar (5% acetic acid), converting to an acetate salt, by shaking vigorously and submerging in a hot-water bath.
3. Evaporate contents in a food-dehydrator at a temperature below 39°C, with the opened bottle stabilized as close to the fan as possible.
4. Prepare hot water and add to the bottle dropwise until of a sufficient viscosity to load dropwise.

SWIM's not sure, but it may be prudent to keep the bottle in a hot water bath (such as a mug of hot water) when in use to keep the solution nice and runny. Also SWIM would suggest using a bubbler when smoking, though he doesn't know what it would be like otherwise. SWIM knows this to work well with an inspirator but would also imagine it to work well with a mini-machine bubbler stem.

As much as that would work great, SWIM finds that having up to 4.44g of DMT per 60ml tincture bottle is concentrated enough. Without having a couple dozen mg of powder lost being caked on the sides of a dime bag make it more efficient too.

Thanks for being the only one to reply though Very happy

Well, SWIM can only manage three drops before the surface tension gives way and the tincture pours out of the piece, and three probably wouldn't be anywhere near satisfactory at the normal tincture concentration. SWIM doesn't like dealing with powders or goo when it comes to loading a smoking device, so tinctures and chunks (from manual crystallization) are ideal for him. So far, SWIM's found the tincture even more satisfactory than a solid, as far as ease of loading, and has found the actual smoking process to be at least as satisfactory, if not more-so.

^SWIM was wondering about that himself. Black tar DMT?

that is what freebase jimjam looks like people... it is dark crimson red, close to black.

and that is 5 drops, as long as the surface is kept steady then there should be no issues.
upon hearing that SWIM evaporated 14 drops of plain water and it never got more than the size of a 4L milk jug cap, not that it would really matter since it is scraped up

It did take a bit longer, he used a poorer quality lighter, maybe using a flat thin sheet of copper or something might work.

In any case, SWIM is no longer going to use any other method, he has converted a bag of white freebase into a (slightly yellow) tincture as well so he never has to measure it with his scale again.

Whether anybody else chooses to use it doesn't matter, it works and it is SWIM's only choice now.

nuh uh
Everything I post is made up fiction. SWIM represents a character who is not based in or on reality.

indeed not.... properly converted acetates (using sodium carbonate) will definitely not be black. They might be anywhere between pure white to golden/orange/red, depending how it was converted, but not black.

That looks like at least partial degradation, of dmt or other impurities. Not to my taste Pleased
