Hmmm. Not a good scene. Isn't Discovery the channel that was going to air a show by Sarah Palin about 'her' Alaska? If so, I'm not surprised that people are upset about their questionable motives. After all, she's one of the most outspoken proponents of oil drilling in sensitive habitats and shooting wolves from airplanes. These are ideas that Discovery seems to oppose on the surface, but maybe they're just another cog in the propaganda machine.
Not that taking hostages is an appropriate solution, of course...
