Okay, So I love the blue lotus hash but unfortunately I've run out :-(. We all know it works great for anxiety. You get about 2 weeks of good, warm feelings after taking a dose: leading to slower more clear thought patterns, calm, less OCD-like jitteryness. SWIM told me today that he's so happy! ... I think the underlying cause of the anxiety / socio-phobia is that SWIM was a cannabis grower for about two years, stopping a year ago. So, There's no living room here - swim was living in that room so that he could watch over his cupboards. Finally SWIM has stopped, and completely moved out of that room, and pretty soon we'll have it turned into a beautiful, bright, light and open meditation space and living room. Until normality fully returns, I am looking for other herbal remedies which will help with anxiety. I've got some chamomile tea here? shoe

Shankhapushpi (Evolvulus alsinoides) http://www.banyanbotanic...&aitem=4&mitem=5Works great for me. Stir a tablespoon or so into hot water, infuse for 5-10 minutes, filter and drink. Tastes fine. Very mild, not tannic or bitter or anything. (*edit - 666 posts....dun dun duuhhhn!! ) "Within your heart is a lotus, and within this lotus is a diamond. Tulsi, Bacopa, Rhodiola are all good and easily accessible. Good luck man, I had a huge period of crippling anxiety over a year ago and know that its not fun at all. For me it was apparently modafinil seeing as the anxiety faded when i discontinued use of it. Hopefully your new setting will be more pleasing to you.

Not quite there just yet, but I will not let go of this. I deserve it. Every human being deserves a couch and a communal living area. Thankyou for all the herbal recommendations. shoe

Vitamin B complex will likely help you out with that; certainly it shouldnt do any harm to try it and see OK. So who put a stop payment on my reality check?

I find physical exercise to be the best cure for anxiety. Sweating like a pig to be precise It might not be what you want to hear but sometimes there's just no easy way out. ––––––
DMTripper is a fictional character therefore everything he says here must be fiction. I mean, who really believes there is such a place as Hyperspace!!

Hi Shoe, Microdosing Caapi works WONDERS for my anxiety. If I do start having attacks, I take a shot, and it goes away instantly. Regular drinking helps to maintain the positive effects, too. Some things will come easy, some will be a test
