Tried to grow some phalaris...

And finally came upon Q21Q21's tek #2 on these forums.

Oh, If you don't mind telling the brand/source of your lime. Getting the lime right is make or break for the tek and you definitely got it right.

Sure,SWIM went to Big Als or any aquarium supply to get;

Kalkwasser

(lime water or calcium hydroxide)

There are different brands but all are calcium hydroxide, example:
