Bought one at Lowes today and wonder if it's active...Anyone know? In all chaos there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order..Jung All above writing with the exception of Dr. Jung's quote is pure mushroom encrusted cowpie!

I believe that its active although it is not mescaline. I bought one at home depot last year. I haven't tested it myself though. All posts written by Madcap should be regarded as fiction.

All the T's contain phen's and MAOI's. The quality of effects induced by them just doesn't always match that of mescaline.

i looked in my copy of "trout's notes on san pedro" and the only reference to Grandiflorus was in passing. there was no text stating anything about it's psychoactivity, or verified bioassays. since that book is absurdly detailed, i'm gonna say i highly doubt it's active enough to be useful... you'll just have to water and love him instead!

"contemorary human bioassay has strongly suggested the presence of mescaline, at least in the white flowered variety" ms smith,2000, edited by k.trout, btw
overall though, a very pretty plant as mentioned aBove
