Something i have resently discoverd...

After having made some DMT fumarate (BLAB tek and then IPA boil to clean) it ended up being somewhat yellowish.
Then I did a clean wash with some room temp and warm MEK.

The DMT fumarate didnt desolve in the MEK but after drying it (really bone dry), the DMT fumarate was white as a popstars teeth!!
Also taste more bitter then any other batch of DMT fumarate.

-- I evapped the MEK used and this turned out to be really sticky and slight yellow, so deffo something came out of the DMT fumarate (i use labgrade MEK, so its not from that)

THEORY:
So after doing a FASA conversion of freebase to fumarate (or IPA cleaing boil), decant the solvent and then do a MEK wash to clean out all the other stuff the might still be there!

Well SWIM hasn't worked with MEK or fumerates but jungle DMT has very different solubility to pure N-N-DMT could be that this was more of a seperation of the jungle (and/or n-oxide) than a cleanup

great work nonetheless, look forward to the bio-essay!

Im gonna experiment with this cause I have a feeling this could also produce the most amazing fumarate crystals ever!!!
