This re awakening occurred during an ordinary session of mj and this time i also added a bit of passion flower. I had been out walking around barefoot at 3 in the morning and as i walked miles home, feeling the earth beneath me, it struck me harder before that i am an animal of earth. We must give and take from the earth, but it always takes from us, with each step, we must respect it, gently caress it with our feet. This is our ground, our stability. Each step rapes you as you learn to do it right. With shoes, one disrespects this ancient way of living. Each scrape, bump, pebble gets to you, until you learn to do it right with balance. I also learned how doomed us humans were physically as animals. With our big heads and imbalanced steps. I recommend to anyone to try walking barefoot and ponder each step and be as one with the earth, all connected. I see myself as part of this beautiful mystery of life, as a part of nature itself, every animal, every chemical, each breath the earth gives to me, it takes back with the pain of another step. All energy is transferred throughout and spread equally. Just some random thoughts but swim had quite a deep experience from last night that has changed him, just cant be put into words as well as it had been last night
