"The Even Lazier Man's Tek". Water extraction, followed by heptane/naptha. Would this work Options

Hello! I have found all the tek information quite overwhelming, as I am new to this, and would like to use as little chemicals as possible. So it seems the easiest mimosa tek is the LazyMan's Tek, in which mimosa is put in Sodium Hydroxide, then mixed with naptha or heptane, then separated.

Well, up till now I've just been using mimosa bark tea, much to my stomach's disapproval, so I would rather get a pure product. As for myself, I just put mimosa in a jar of water for a week and drink it after. That's my "Laziest Man Ever" tek.

Would it work if after a week of my water soaking, I take out the bark, add heptane to the solution, and skip the need for sodium hydroxide, a somewhat controlled substance? Oh yeah, I'm leaning toward using heptane after reading the warnings about naptha. Is heptane a less dangerous substance to work with? Thanks.

oh, thanks.... but just the water extracted brew should still be potent right? I'm planning on plugging it because I can't keep the "tea" in my stomach.
