Hello,I am Arjona,a silly twist on the name Arjuna who is the protagonist in the Bhagavad Ghita,a Hindu text where he seeks and is given advice on how to engage in battle/life.

I came here a year ago to read a couple of experience reports after unexpectedly acquiring some NN-DMT so feel it only fair to recount my own trip which I will put in the First steps section.

Did a fair amount of LSD,mushrooms and Cannabis for fun in my Teens then stopped because it was not fun anymore, now 30 years later after getting on with life my curiosity was rekindled by listening to the words of Terrence McKenna and of all people Mike Tyson.

So after that little bit of research and going on a gut instinct I went into it with two intentions, the first being that any Entities would get absolutely no attention from me in fact I put out a warning that I am not to be played with and right or wrong it would be more peace full for all involved if I was left alone. Second, whilst not entirely morbid was a personal inquiry about a particular nature of Death.

After a week of fasting and meditation I went all in with the dose and am happy to say that I came back all the better for it.

Thankyou Nexus

be sure,be safe and be love.

Hi Arjona! Glad to hear you took the molecule seriously and got something valuable in return!

It can be a good idea to avoid interaction with entities if you don't know who you are dealing with. However, it's usually better to be neutral or indifferent than actively resist them, because such aversion can backfire and attract them. To demonstrate: if I tell you not to think about a pink elephant, what is the first thing you will think?

There are entities who can ridicule you if you try to tell them how they should operate in their own world. What you do have control over, however, are your own attitudes and reactions and usually the stuff you are not interested in, goes away.

It would be nice to hear more about your experience(s) if you're willing to share!

Cheers Tom, Like you say regarding Entities, I thought it best not to get into a back and forth with that of which I know nought or have interest in, especially knowing how I can react to feeling overwhelmed or cornered in any way, fortunately it was a none issue. I think setting them intentions before the week period of pretrip-meditation helped in this regard.
Happy to share, see above link for the bulk of what happened

Greetings and welcome. Very happy to have you.

Be careful with approaches like this. You are traveling to "their" territory. Depending on the depth of experience, if they want to be around they will be, ime. There's also not really anything you can do to make them "regret" anything for "messing" with you... which is not to say you can't learn to control your reaction to them if they persist, which can make things more manageable.

Do you feel that you will work with mushrooms or LSD again with your new curiosity? Which of these two do you like the most?

How do you feel these experiences will impart insights upon death?

Do you or have you worked with cacti as well?

Pleasure meeting you, and welcome again Smile

One love

thank you Void, I skimmed this forum in my early preparation for the experience and found your postings in particular to be well intentioned and informative, for that I am grateful.

If possible I am going to stick a pin in the subject of Entities and circle back to it in the future as I want to refine an allegory to use as a tool to measure my angle of approach, not that I disagree with your advice, just more as an exercise in self expression and to test my understanding against and with those of more experience of such matters.

Liberty cap mushrooms grow in abundance in my local area and I have picked them, spread the spores and occasionally past them on to the more ‘suburban based’ seekers whom I respect. Only once though during these many seasons have I mildly indulged, which whilst being pleasant and clarity promoting ,I found them to come with a heavy body load and doubt I will use them anytime soon.Possibly.

LSD,for the amount I would want to take just lasts too long for me to be confident of becoming whole again in practical terms.A hard NO.

My new curiosity was towards DMT only,it then came into my possession very unexpectedly so I had to pull the chocks out and go for it.A part of the curiosity also came from seeing it’s seemingly similar structure to Seratonin, something we seem to produce in bucketfulls when adapted to walking and running the long distances.

Cacti. Having read Carlos Castenadas ‘Don Juan’ books there is an interest but given my locale it is not really an option.

Death? Such a personal thing that we all have to deal with,I am reticent to opine in such a public place regarding my approach, except to say that my DMT experience has allowed me to live fully and grateful in its presence.

Thank you for the welcome, really appreciated Thumbs up

Well first, thank you very very much.

And certainly! I'm by no means trying to didactically tell you what to do or start any kind of debate. I'd just hate for you to have an experience where the spice decided to say "oh you think so huh?" and decided to really throw you. And I encourage the experimentation.

So you were the liberty cap version of Johnny Appleseed Smile

I understand your feelings on the body load. I find using the body load as an excuse to do nothing induces a unique state of [/i]being.[/i]

I'm by no means old, even though I tend to feel old, and so feel like I'm too old for such a long journey now a days. Funny thing is, I have more than I will probably ever need. Just sitting in my freezer.

I'm not sure I'll ever not be amazed by the spice in some manner or form. I find it intriguing as well how powerful and experience is illicited by such a tiny molecule.

It has a way of doing that for many of us. I do a fair amount of DMT, and while sometimes I'm somewhere else and I enjoy that kind of traveling, the spice also helps me stay engaged with life. It's become a beautiful double lifeSmile
